Ownership and exchange

Your Bonjour Fleurs subscription is a floral arrangement rental and renewal service, not a purchase. The vase, the arrangement, and the accessories provided remain the property of Bonjour Fleurs at all times.

With each rotation, we collect the existing arrangement and replace it with a new one. The vase and the arrangement must be returned to Bonjour Fleurs at each rotation and cannot be kept by the customer, including at the end of the subscription.

In the event of loss, breakage, or failure to return the items, replacement fees of up to two months of subscription may apply.

Liability

Once the arrangement has been installed, the customer is responsible for keeping it in a safe and appropriate location. Bonjour Fleurs cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages related to the arrangement, the vase, or their use after installation.
